Nanuka holds M.A., LL.M. and LL.B in the fields of transitional justice, human rights and public international law from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights and Tbilisi State University respectively. As a Regional Representative of Cognia Irma is responsible for the international schools development in Eastern European countries. She participated in the school assessments in France, Egypt, Jordan, and Georgia. Nikoloz Khatiashvili currently serves as a Senior Research Fellow at the leading think tank of Georgia - “GEOCASE” and a chief of staff of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Parliament of Georgia. For more than 17 years, he has been working in public, as well as in private sectors, including 6 years in diplomatic service. Currently, he is a lecturer at Tbilisi State University and Business and Technology University (BTU). He is also the author of 28 articles and research papers and has participated in various international conferences and forums as a speaker. FLEX (2017-2018) Nebraska Giorgi works for Caucasus Environmental NGO Network (CENN) as a Project Manager. He is an international development practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management and development industry for more than 4 years. In his current position, he is a project manager, leading EU funded 4-year-long Civil Society Development Program, which supports civil society organizations (CSOs) and vulnerable groups in rural areas to engage in local decision making and improve local governance. In the meantime, the program he is leading intends to establish participatory mechanisms between Local Authorities and CSOs in 8 rural and multiethnic municipalities of Georgia. She previously worked as a Project Coordinator at the UN Population Fund (UNFPA), a Programme Coordinator at the Heinrich Boell Foundation, and as a National Anti-Trafficking Officer for the OSCE Mission to Georgia. Nino represents the OSCE HCNM in Georgia and oversees the work of the office seeking to prevent ethnic conflict in the country and integration of national minorities to promote diverse and secure society. She follows closely the political situation in Georgia and the region and evaluates its possible impact on inter-ethnic relations. As a program coordinator Nino is responsible for project implementation, monitoring, and analysis of the impact of ongoing course of the OSCE HCNM activities in the country. She is also a liaison for Governmental bodies, international organizations and NGOS present in the country.
