In order to analyze jury trials from the perspectives of the defense and prosecutor, “Pillar of Democracy” Participants attended a training led by Prosecutor Irakli Kardava and Lawyer, Head of the Jury Trial Working Group at the Georgian Bar Association, Levan Makharashvili.
Grigol Robakidze University hosted the Conference “Jury Trials and the Importance of Civic Engagement in Georgia” in the frames of the “Pillar of Democracy” Project.
Melissa Beard and Brian Brandt, experts invited within the "Pillar of Democracy" Project, led a workshop on youth engagement for FLEX, OW, and PFP alumni.
