EPAG Study Visits - Cohort II

A group of students from different schools of Tbilisi participated in the Study Visits Program of the US Government Exchange Program Alumni Association of Georgia.

The students were hosted at the Public Defender’s Office, the United States Embassy in Tbilisi, the Young Lawyers Association of Georgia, the Public Broadcasting, Helping Hand, and the Parliament of Georgia.

The final meeting of the Study Visits Program was held at the American Councils for International Education Georgia, where the participants were awarded certificates.

The purpose of EPAG Study Visits is to raise students’ awareness in the field of democracy and human rights, to help them better understand the functioning of the state in order to become more active citizens, as well as, to assist them in making important career decisions.
